IGT has relocated from Quay West to a 10,800 sq ft office at Building One within the Salford campus.

The video game developer has signed a 10-year lease on the second floor of the building.

IGT is relocating its Manchester team to Exchange Quay from the distinctive Quay West building a short distance away as part of a move to accommodate agile working.

Other recent arrivals at Exchange Quay include flexible workspace provider Serendipity Labs and University Campus of Football Business and Global Institute of Sport.

Exchange Quay, which provides 435,000 sq ft of office accommodation, is owned by funds advised by Ekistics Property Advisors and is managed by Till Asset Management.

Les Lang, director at Till AM, said: “This is the best office campus in Manchester with a wide range of amenities designed to suit the requirements of the corporate occupier.

“The further investments we are making to improve the environmental footprint of the campus are a reflection of our determination to keep Exchange Quay as the best location for corporate office occupiers.”

Canning O’Neill and Colliers are the agents at Exchange Quay. Edwards & Co acted on behalf of IGT.
