Commercial Property Management Surveyor

The Opportunity

The company is a global leader within their sector, providing services into numerous markets across the UK and Worldwide that requires a Commercial Property Manager (In-House) to both strengthen and take forward its’ property estates and estate services.

Reporting to the Head of Property you will manage and oversee the Estate Management throughout the UK, ensuring functionality, comfort, safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Your key duties will include:

• Manage specific elements of the company’s property supply chain, including, professional Real Estate Advisors, Agents, Landlords and Solicitors.
• Provide advice on property acquisitions and disposals, and Landlord/Tenant issues.
• Manage and oversee the data administration and reporting in relation to our intelligent real estate and facilities management software, providing sufficiency on capital projects, lease administration and accounting.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and their teams by providing reliable, accurate and professionally-sound property advice.
• Manage reporting, resources, planning, forecasting, and monitoring against budget to inform decision making.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification or professional experience)
• A high degree of Estates / Portfolio Management experience
• High level of computers and data management experience, is essential
• An open and collaborative style of management
• Understanding and commitment to transformational change
• Standards for excellent customer service

Salary and Benefits include:

• Salary up to £60,000 per annum D.O.E.
• Car allowance: £6,000 per annum
